Today is day two of the facility tours, and we are going to be walking, walking and well…walking some more! We begin our day at the Indiana State Fairgrounds Farmer’s Coliseum. This building is rich in history, but recently underwent a 17-month, $53 million renovation. It will host us again Thursday night for the Hoosier 100!
After a quick stop for some lunch on the go, we will head to Banker’s Life Fieldhouse…the home of the Indiana Pacers. While the building is fairly new compared to many of the others we will visit on the trip (opened in 1999), it has continuously undergone renovations to make the elusive fan happy with the overall experience within the venue.
Check back later this evening to see pics and read what the students thought of the experiences.
